Chili Mac

Serves 3

I usually put 1 portion in each bowl, start over till all is used up and that way you get an even amount. You can get 3 meals out of this and the beans add more fiber

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. package elbow macaroni
  • 1 Can Denison's Fat Free Chili w/ Beans *
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • dash tabasco optional

Instructions

  1. Boil the elbow macaroni about l0-15 minutes - drain
  2. Mix the macaroni with the chili mixture and toss well
  3. Mix all chili ingredients well and add to macaroni
  4. Divide into 3 portions - using your 1 cup measure and 3 bowls
