FIBER GOURMET SUNDAY CASSEROLE

This is a old favorite recipe I grew up on in the 60's. I replaced my noodles with Fiber Gourmet for a more healthy and filling effect. Enjoy!
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 8 oz pkg. of Fiber Gourmet light pasta
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream corn
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- Brown meat and onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add soup, water and cooked Fiber Gourmet pasta.
- Season with salt & pepper and add corn. Stir gently and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes.
