This is a old favorite recipe I grew up on in the 60's. I replaced my noodles with Fiber Gourmet for a more healthy and filling effect. Enjoy!

Serves 6-8


  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 8 oz pkg. of Fiber Gourmet light pasta
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 can of cream corn
  • 1 cup of grated cheese


  1. Brown meat and onion and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add soup, water and cooked Fiber Gourmet pasta.
  3. Season with salt & pepper and add corn. Stir gently and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake 45 minutes.
