Guilt-free Noodles AuTim

My mother used to make this when I was growing up. I love the recipe but did not like the calories and fat. I made this recipe and its just as yumkmy as the original. It is also loaded with protein and fiber.


  • 1 8 oz package Fiber Gourmet penne pasta
  • 2 cups fat free sour cream
  • 2 cups fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • a dash of tobasco
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup melted "I can't Believe it not Butter" or other low cal low fat butter substitute salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta as directed
  2. melt butter substitute
  3. mix all ingredients together
  4. place in casserole dish (I use a shallow, rectangular, glass dish)
  5. bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. serve hot with low fat parmesan
