Lasagna Con Carne

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil for saute-ing
  • 1 package FG Lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans pizza or pasta sauce
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • Dried rosemary


  1. Chop pepper, onion and garlic and saute in olive oil for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In same pan, brown beef for 5 minutes, then add 1 can pizza sauce
  3. Fill 9x13 pan with other can of pizza sauce, and enough water to fill that can again
  4. Layer the pan with alternating rows of lasagna noodles, beef mixture, tomatoes, and sauted veges. Sprinkle rosemary generously on each level, and on the top.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour
