Penne Pizza

  • 13x9 inch pan buttered
  • Sugar
  • 2 bags Fibre Gourmet Penne Noodles
  • 1 bag of Pepperoni (small bag)
  • 2 bags of Mozzerella Cheese (Shredded 2cup bags)
  • 2 Jars of Tomato Sauce (Mushroom or Meat)
  • 2lbs Hamburger
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Bottle Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 quarts of Chicken stock


  1. Use Olive oil to sweat onions till translucent add garlic saute for 3 minutes add hamburger brown then drain add salt and pepper to hamburger to taste add tomato sauce cook for 30 mins
  2. Boil FB Penne before al-dente (Must be chewy) in Chicken Stock Drain.
  3. Layer bottom of pan with meat/tomato mixture
  4. mix Penne noodles with meat mixture
  5. Topping - Sprinkle Sugar on top of meat/noodles (very light 1tbsp) Sprinkle Parmesan on top of Meat/noodles 1/4 cup Sprinkle Mozzerella cheese on top of Meat/noodles Place pepperonis on top (About 12)
  6. Mix together 2 cups of noodles with 2cups of meat
  7. Layer meat/noodle mixture on top of pepperonis
  8. Add another layer of Topping
  9. Cover tightly will foil bake 350 pre-heated oven for 30 mins.
  10. Remove foil bake for another 10 minutes till cheese browns
  11. (Can use broiler for 5 mins to brown just skip the above step)
