Salt and Pepper Kugel
A good low-fat carb side for any meal.
- 1 lb FiberGourmet Light Pasta (Classic)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Add all other ingredients to pasta (including 2 tbsp water). Mix well.
- Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cook-spray, or a thin layer of oil.
- Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Some people like a crispy top.
