Soy Sauce Spaghetti Salad
A deeply flavored pasta salad, with an Oriental twist.
- 1 lb FiberGourmet Light Pasta (Garlic Parsley)
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 chopped purple onion, or 2 scallions
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- If making in advance, omit onions and add them at the last minute.
- Serve cold.
