Tuna Casserole

An update to the classic tuna casserole, with a cheesy, crispy topping!


  • 1 lb FiberGourmet Light Pasta (Classic)
  • 2 cans light tuna
  • 1 serving white sauce
  • 4 oz shredded cheese (mozzarella and/or cheddar)
  • 1 can French's cheddar-flavored fried onions


  1. Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Combine tuna, white sauce, shredded cheese, and noodles
  3. Pour into 9x13 pan
  4. Top with cheddar-flavored fried onions
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
