We’re giving the classic Alfredo a little vegan twist using @thetahinigoddess whole sesame tahini!
What you'll need👇:
INGREDIENTS (serves two)
- 4oz @fibergourmet spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp white miso paste
- 2 Tbsp @thetahinigoddess whole sesame tahini
- Black pepper
- Fresh basil or parse
1️⃣ Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water.
2️⃣ Add hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, miso and tahini to the blender with pasta cooking water; blend until combined.
3️⃣ Mix sauce and pasta continuously for 2 minutes or until sauce begins clinging to noodles. Stir in black pepper and garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley
