💕2 Small beets from @lovebeets (or roast your own)
💕1 can chickpeas, drained but with the liquid reserved
💕1/4 cup tahini
💕2-3 tbsp virgin olive oil
💕Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
💕1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Drain the chickpeas over a colander, reserving the liquid in a bowl. (Remove the skins for creamier hummus)
2. Add the chickpeas, ¼ cup of chickpea liquid from the can, beets and all other ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust if necessary. Serve with #FG crackers and veggies.
