Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Ground. FedEx will drop off your package without signature unless you ask for required signature at checkout. An additional cost will be applied for this option but if you feel that this is necessary please request required signature. We cannot be responsible for missing packages if required signature was not requested. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is a flat rate of $10.00 with free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii are weight based. In order to maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we can only accept returns that are shipped back to us within 14 days of the arrival date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. You may begin the returns process by logging in to your account and using the Order History in your account. If you require a shipping label emailed to you please contact email@example.com. If you choose this option, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are weight based.
