This Penne pasta recipe is definitely worth bookmarking!

 

Ingredients:

  • FG Light Penne
  • Chicken broth
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Arugula
  • Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip

 

Preparation:

  1. Cook FG Penne and strain.
  2. In another pan, sauté peppers, onions and chicken strips in chicken broth and some seasoning salute.
  3. Once cooked, combine sautéed veggies & chicken in your pasta pot, with Arugula and 3–4 tablespoons of Spinach and Kale dip. Add in more chicken broth to thin out as needed.
  4. Top with some red pepper flakes for a hot kick!
