Creamy Spinach Avocado Pasta

INGREDIENTS
1 box of FG Light Rotini
1/2 avocado 
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp basil
2 tsp tahini
Chopped spinach
  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado
  2. Add in the lemon juice, salt & pepper, dill weed, basil & tahini and combine
  3. Sauté or steam the chopped spinach, then combine with the avocado mixture
  4. Pour the mixture over rinsed & drained pasta and combine
