INGREDIENTS: ¼ cup oil 2 T lime juice 2 T white wine vinegar 1 cup parsley 1 cup cilantro ½ cup chopped white onion ¼ cup fresh oregano 3 garlic cloves 1 Serrano pepper with seeds removed 1 t salt 1 t lime zest 8 oz FG Light Spaghetti 1 package of mushrooms INSTRUCTIONS: Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside. Combine all ingredients except for the mushrooms in a food processor/blender. Roast mushrooms in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Combine mushrooms, pasta and blended ingredients. Mix well.
