Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
SmartPost Shipping: Typically 2 to 7 business days in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery in 10 to 14 business days outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
FedEx Ground Shipping: Typically 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders $60 and above qualify for free shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Alaska and Hawaii the shipping rates will vary based on the weight of the order.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

HANDLING
If a parcel was not received by FedEx (i.e. the parcel did not begin to move) the customer is not responsible for the parcel.
Fiber Gourmet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. FG may offer a discounted replacement package at our discretion.
Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unopened-items if shipped and scanned within 7 days from the date of package delivery. We do not offer exchanges on any items. Orders placed with discount codes of 15% or higher cannot be returned. Challah is non-returnable.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. To return an order please email us your details at orders@fibergourmet.com . Within 10 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via email, and process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order before it is shipped but we will try our best! Once an order has been placed Fiber Gourmet cannot guarantee any changes will be made. Fiber Gourmet is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Email us immediately and we’ll try our best to make any changes.
