Shipping Policy



SmartPost Shipping: Typically 2 to 7 business days in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery in 10 to 14 business days outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

FedEx Ground Shipping: Typically 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders, with the exception of orders containing challah, will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. During peak periods this can increase to within 4 business days. Fiber Gourmet is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. Challah orders will ship on Wednesday or Thursday after the Monday ordering cut-off.

We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES. Orders placed to ship to PO BOXES may be cancelled or incur additional fees.

Fiber Gourmet cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays, damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Fiber Gourmet will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. 

Fiber Gourmet is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. If there was never any tracking information (the parcel did not begin to move) the customer is not responsible for the parcel. 

Fiber Gourmet will offer a replacement at our material cost for stolen or lost packages at our discretion. 


Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unopened-items if shipped and scanned within 7 days from the date of package delivery. We do not offer exchanges on any items. Orders placed with discount codes of 15% or higher cannot be returned. Challah is non-returnable.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. To return an order please email us your details at . Within 10 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via email, and process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order before it is shipped but we will try our best! Once an order has been placed Fiber Gourmet cannot guarantee any changes will be made. Fiber Gourmet is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Email us immediately and we’ll try our best to make any changes.
