INGREDIENTS 2 cups of oats (any kind) 1 cup of FG Flour Blend 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 tsp of kosher salt 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1/2 tsp of chocolate chips 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar OR 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/2 cup of oil PREPARATION Preheat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, or directly in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, use a fork to combine dry ingredients first, then mix in the wet ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while warm. Let cool; separate squares. Yields 15-25 squares. Enjoy!
