No Mixer, No Bowl Oatmeal Squares

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of oats (any kind)
  • 1 cup of FG Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar OR 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil

PREPARATION

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a bowl, or directly in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, use a fork to combine dry ingredients first, then mix in the wet ingredients.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while warm. Let cool; separate squares.

Yields 15-25 squares. Enjoy!
