Garlic Parmesan Penne

Pasta for one, coming right up!
Ingredients:
- 3 oz FG Light Penne
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese
- Salt + Pepper, to taste.
Preparation:
- Cook pasta according to instructions. Reserve 1/2 tbsp pasta water. Drain and rinse pasta.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with Olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the pasta, reserved pasta water, light butter, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with dried parsley.
