Garlic Parmesan Penne

Pasta for one, coming right up!

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz FG Light Penne
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste.

 

Preparation:

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions. Reserve 1/2 tbsp pasta water. Drain and rinse pasta.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with Olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the pasta, reserved pasta water, light butter, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with dried parsley.
