Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 1 overripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups #FG flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the oil, brown sugar, and mashed banana. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake cookies for 15 minutes or until the edges are set and the cookies have puffed up. Enjoy!
