I love love love to bake and eat baked goods but since being in a calorie deficit, I haven’t been doing either. Now, I make and enjoy cookies and muffins and 2 ingredient dough pizza and everything in between! Its absolutely wonderful!
i subbed this one for one in cut out sugar cookies with absolutely fantastic results. they turned out absolutely perfection. used sally bakes blog recipe. will try and sub out the sugar with granulated monk fruit next and see how they come out! but this flour made me feel much less guilty eating a few!
Being diabetic and becoming a Plant-based Chef have made using this product a must!!!
